About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides accurate, timely, and professional transactional support to customers by carrying out standard order management, quoting, invoicing, and customer communication activities. The position is part of Hach’s Sales Support & Administration team in Loveland, Colorado, and is onsite. It reports to the Supervisor, Customer Service.

Hach works to improve water analysis and ensure water quality worldwide. The role supports that mission through customer service and operational support in a fast-paced contact center environment. The position includes professional onboarding and training, career coaching, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to independently complete defined entry-level customer-service tasks accurately and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to documented procedures.
• Basic proficiency with order-management, quoting, and customer-communication systems.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced contact-center environment and multitask while actively listening to customers.
• Ability to use available resources and demonstrate strong ownership.
• Courteous and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process standard customer orders using established order-management systems and standard work.
• Create and maintain accurate customer account information.
• Monitor and advance orders through the workflow.
• Provide customers and internal teams with timely order and shipping information using internal tracking systems.
• Fulfill customer requests for invoice copies.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and document interactions.
• Submit and track urgent or escalated orders according to VOC.
• Assist with lead submissions and opportunistic sales-support activities within the defined scope.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
