About The Position

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is hiring a Customer Service Representative 1 to support customer service needs, including customer inquiries, web order support and placement, order tracking, and website updates. The representative provides customer support by telephone, email, and chat, and helps retail store customers with questions about the website and product line.

The role also includes placing website orders, tracing packages for lost or damaged orders, assisting with returns, processing website corrections, and providing product support across the full website product line. The representative is expected to follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use critical thinking to solve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer service department with customer inquiries, web order support and placement, order tracking, and website updates.
• Provide customer service by telephone, email, and chat.
• Assist retail store customers with questions about the website and product line.
• Place website orders for customers as needed.
• Trace and track packages for lost or damaged orders.
• Assist customers with returns.
• Process corrections for the website.
• Provide product support for the full website product line.
• Demonstrate awareness of and comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
