About The Position

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively

Self-starter and able to expound beyond simple guidelines
Flexibility is a must
Capacity to multi-task and prioritize workloads
Strong desire for organization and details
Technically savvy and specifically skilled in Microsoft
Tactfully and professionally handle difficult customer issues
High school diploma or equivalent
Capability of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Frequent repetitive motions related to data entry
Team player that enjoys hard work and having fun

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of gas industry products, processes, and welding equipment/supplies preferred

Responsibilities

Skillfully prepare and submit customer quotes
Research and resolve conflicts and/or issues with customers
Systematically research customer product requests through interaction with vendors and purchasing departments
Strategically follow up with customers for post transaction and product satisfaction
Maintain a high volume of activity including inbound and outbound calls and emails
Skillfully navigate multiple computer platforms
Excel in developing customer relationships
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
