About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. Requirements

  • Proficient data entry and computer literacy
  • Positive demeanor and professional communication
  • Customer service experience (call center preferred, not required)
  • Strong attendance record
  • Reliable transportation or ability to commute via bus route
  • High School Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)
  • Customer service expertise
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong data entry accuracy
  • Call center or customer support experience
  • Customer‑oriented communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from existing customers regarding account information; provide information to potential customers
  • Process new applications and payments via phone; document customer concerns and problems
  • Update and change account holder information; perform basic data entry and follow‑up mail/email correspondence
  • Conduct account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
  • Clearly explain account terms, conditions, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare reports including CSR Daily Activity and cash‑out reports
  • Proactively address customer requests and ensure accurate communication
