About The Position

Conduent has immediate openings for Customer Service Representative Position located in Albuquerque, NM. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration. As a Customer Service Representative, you provide customer support to clients by handling inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with product and service questions, resolve issues, process transactions, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting service level expectations. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent of education; additional training or related experience is a plus.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Comfortable working within established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer transactions and update account records.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer information.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Perform follow-up activities to ensure complete resolution.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and service level standards.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• All other duties assigned.
