About The Position
Taylor Promotional Products, formerly known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Amsterdam, NY! In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of and our company is well represented! To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Requirements
- High School diploma and 1+ years of experience preferred
- Reliability
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities
- Answer telephone call inquiries and promote our products.
- Assist customers with placement of orders.
- Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat.
- Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner.
