About The Position

Business and Monetary Control (BMC) provides service support by assisting with inquiries related to Financial Transaction paperwork, Account Balance and Activity, Letters of Authorization and Employee stock options. The role involves providing clients and/or internal partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries at point of call. It requires delivering quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and potential clients. The position also involves managing risk by accurately authenticating clients, fully adhering to policy/procedures, and proactively identifying and escalating potential risk. Employees will navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand policy/procedures, gain clarity on various products/services, and research and resolve issues with client accounts. A key aspect of the role is to display passion, commitment, and deliver an experience that improves our customers’ financial lives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and continuously changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching and feedback.
  • Flexible, ambitious, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
