The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional service to both internal and external customers by understanding Copart practices and offering solutions that enhance the customer experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the release of vehicles from locations such as body shops, residences, and other sites, in addition to providing general office support. As the initial point of contact for many customers, the CSR represents the company professionally. This role may also involve handling customer inquiries via chat and email. The CSR is measured on call quality, including knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness of follow-up calls, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently using company resources.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops, residences, and other locations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner.
  • Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Potentially expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.
