Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
  • Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and updates
  • Work closely with estimators, technicians, and insurance companies
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office
