Customer Service Representative is to assist with organizing equipment services and repairs and scheduling technicians to cover workload demands.

Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented and have solid communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and support the fast-paced demands of our business.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Consistently exhibit strong work ethic and drive to achieve established goals.
  • Support sales initiatives to achieve target goals and growth objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to stand up to 30 minutes, safely walking up and down stairs, bending and lifting up to 40lbs.
  • Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds (files, computer printouts on occasion)

Responsibilities

  • Work with team of fleet service technicians.
  • Assist with scheduling and organizing customer equipment.
  • Maintain communication channels between customer and fleet service technicians.
  • Consistently update fleet service coordinators and service writers about the status of work completed.
  • Adhere to safety policies and company procedures regarding work habits and driving behavior.
  • Ensure technician repair orders are processed for billing in a timely manner.
  • Assist and support sales team with outside revenue opportunities.
  • Reach out to customers to follow up on work completed and locate additional service and repair opportunities.
  • Assist with building technician schedules for work daily.
  • Prepare and provide customers with equipment repair estimates as needed.
  • Respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork on timely basis to fulfill required deadlines.
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours coverage as need.
  • Upkeep and cleanliness of work areas.
  • Follow company safety & security guidelines
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
  • Other duties as needed.
