About The Position

Natura is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our customer service department, you will be responsible for coordinating customer meetings, gathering information for manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system and utilizing Odoo for item management. This role involves proactive follow-ups on materials requests, orders, and scheduled deliveries to provide timely updates to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and thorough records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Odoo is a plus.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
