About The Position

MidwayUSA, a leading internet retailer of Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor products, has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in their inbound call center. CSRs are the primary point of contact between customers and MidwayUSA, providing product and service information to resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. The role requires individuals who are genuinely excited to help customers, possess patience, empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. CSRs should be able to understand customer perspectives, advocate for them when necessary, and are confident in troubleshooting and investigating issues. Performance is evaluated based on productivity, service standards, efficiency in responding to inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day.

  • Must be able to work either Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm or Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
  • Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screening post-offer.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and MidwayUSA.
  • Provide product and services information.
  • Resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Put themselves in customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate when they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
  • Achieve productivity and service standards.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
