The Customer Service Representative provides front-line support at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex related to customer service inquiries and Leisure Services admissions. This customer-focused position is an important first point of contact for customers and stakeholders (including public and internal inquiries) related to Parks and Recreation. In line with our strategic vision, Town Hall and workplace culture, Accountable, Connected and Excellence (ACE), this position will always be required to do the right thing and take personal ownership in contributing to the organization. The employee in this position must be able to communicate clearly and concisely and actively contribute to achieving team results.
