About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work in various areas of the store, both inside and outside, to provide fast and friendly service and maintain store appearance. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position is part-time, with day and evening shift availability.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, using eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
