About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at Store 2742375 in The Colony, Texas. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment and providing customers with friendly, efficient service. Team members work across different areas of the store, inside and outside, to support store appearance and daily operations. Day shifts require weekday and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
• Availability for day shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
