About The Position
Main Street Bank is seeking a new full-time Customer Service Representative for our Wooster market. This role will primarily be based in our Corporate Office branch but will have the ability to serve the entire Wooster Market.
Requirements
- Retail Banking Experience as a teller or customer service representative.
- Cash Handling Experience.
- Saturday mornings on a regular rotation is a MUST!
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK!
Nice To Haves
- Vault teller experience
- Experience opening and closing accounts
- IRA experience
- Understanding of HSAs
- Experience with consumer lending
- Experience as a Universal Banker
- A Great Customer Service Philosophy
- Curiosity. Always wanting to learn, grow, and develop is a MUST.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
