About The Position

Reliable Comfort is seeking an experienced CSR to join our team. If you enjoy fast-paced environments where you get to communicate with customers, help solve concerns, and be the voice of our company, we would love to speak to you! At Reliable Comfort, we understand that a CSR is the first voice/interaction someone might have with our company. We are looking for someone that is excited to deliver hospitality, compassion, and enthusiasm about getting customers exactly what they need every time they call! We are looking for someone who is ready to treat every call with the respect and enthusiasm as if it was their very own family! We are a family-operated business that is well-established in the Seymour and surrounding areas, having our roots here for the last 25 years of business!

Requirements

  • 2+ Years Phone Customer service experience is preferred.
  • High standards for your work.

  • The ability to hustle & thrive under pressure.
  • You are able to be a true team player with a positive attitude at all times.
  • You are dependable and consistent in all areas
  • CSR Phone service: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for inbound customer calls.
  • Making outbound calls, sending texts/emails as needed.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments through Service Titan.
  • Ensure our reputation for reliable service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
