This position is responsible for representing the Surgery Center in a professional and courteous manner by communicating effectively with the public regarding our services related to the donor subsidized spay/neuter program, public vaccination program, post-adoption related services, and other public veterinary services. The role involves handling client interactions for surgery drop-offs and pick-ups, explaining procedures, managing paperwork, processing payments, and providing medical documentation and client education. The representative will also handle scheduling, data entry, and phone communications, including reminder and follow-up calls. Additionally, the position supports the vaccination program, including paperwork, payment, and administering vaccinations, and may train volunteers. A strong understanding of medical knowledge is needed to direct inquiries and provide advice. The role requires a commitment to the mission, values, goals, and success of HSPPR.
