About The Position

Serve as a key point of contact for customers by receiving, reviewing, and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with company standards while delivering positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working in account specialist type role.
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, including accurate professional writing and report preparation.
  • Demonstrates strong computer skills and effectively uses software systems for documentation and task management.
  • Works independently with personal discipline and initiative to meet objectives without constant supervision.
  • Engages effectively with team members to support shared goals and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Provides daily sales assistance, interacts with customers, manages account data, and supports customer relationship management.
  • Reviews and enters orders into ERP systems, acknowledges purchase orders, and ensures accurate order fulfillment.
  • Works closely with sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Delivers clear verbal and written communication, generates reports, collects feedback, and follows up on leads.
  • Completes assigned tasks on time, follows instructions precisely, remains flexible for overtime, and aligns with core values.
