We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑driven Customer Service Representative & Team Coordinator to support our craftsmen, delight our customers, and help our office operate at its best. The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service, office coordination, estimating, or construction support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Friendly, clear communication skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot
  • Basic understanding of home repair or remodeling
  • A positive, problem‑solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or Jobber is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule services and guide customers through what we offer
  • Coordinate daily schedules for craftsmen and appointments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job details
  • Communicate clearly with customers, craftsmen, and vendors
  • Gather project details, request photos, and support the creation of estimates
  • Work closely with the owner and field team to ensure great experiences
