Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions or upsell products
  • Comfort learning and explaining technical or specialized products
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
  • Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and credits accurately
  • Follow up to ensure every customer has a great experience
  • Drive Sales & Build Relationships
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Turn inquiries into sales through consultative conversations
  • Follow up on quotes, past purchases, and potential opportunities
  • Support promotions and help achieve team sales goals
  • Become a Product Expert
  • Learn and master our product lines inside and out
  • Guide customers to the best solutions for their needs and budget
  • Stay up to date on new products and updates
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams
