About The Position

The Customer Service Representative / Pizza Maker interacts directly with customers by telephone, electronically, and face to face; answers and resolves customer inquiries and complaints; and prepares food products. The role also includes keeping the front of the store clean. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Starting pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
• Memorize and maintain knowledge of the menu.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner, including smiling over the phone and in person.
• Prepare all food products.
• Clean and sweep, and help keep the front of the store clean.
• Process orders over the phone and in person using the touch screen computer system.
