About The Position

This role serves customers and prepares pizzas in a fast-paced store environment. Team members are expected to multitask, work efficiently, and help get orders to customers as quickly and safely as possible. The position may involve one shift per week or as many as five to six shifts per week, with daytime and evening shifts available. Training is provided on the job and covers taking orders, labeling boxes, and making pizzas. The role offers opportunities for advancement from customer service representative to management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work adequately under stress, meet quality standards, satisfy unhappy customers, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, crouching, pushing, and frequent use of hands and arms.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products, including making pizzas.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Complete required paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility daily.
Maintain store equipment.
Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
Help unload and store ingredient and supply deliveries.
