Requirements
- Customer Service or Order Desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately by entering them into the system and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for products that best suit their requirements.
- Manage the flow of incoming orders, ensuring all orders are efficiently processed, tracked, and fulfilled in accordance with company standards.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve any issues, providing clear and helpful information.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products to effectively assist customers and answer any related inquiries.
- Utilize and navigate the industry-specific order management system (FDS) to maintain accurate order records and streamline order fulfillment processes.
