About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Leasing Agent) to join our growing team in Dagupan City. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, assisting with leasing inquiries, answering questions about available properties, and scheduling property tours while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Requirements

  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, professional, and customer-focused phone presence.
  • Comfortable navigating between 3 to 5 applications or screens simultaneously while assisting customers.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Willing and able to work permanent night shifts.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
  • An English resume is required for consideration.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Personal or professional experience with renting or leasing is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer inbound customer calls and identify customer needs.
  • Provide accurate information regarding rental pricing, availability, community amenities, and leasing requirements.
  • Schedule property tours for prospective residents.
  • Collect and accurately record customer information, including contact details and inquiry information.
  • Create and update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Answer questions regarding pet policies, parking, utilities, application requirements, deposits, and other leasing-related inquiries.
  • Route non-leasing inquiries to the appropriate onsite property teams.
  • Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established processes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and empathetic experience on every customer interaction.
