About The Position

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting members with AAA membership-related questions, and delivering personalized, proactive solutions. Representatives will recommend valuable products and services, engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset, and resolve issues by thinking quickly and critically in a non-scripted environment. This position requires navigating multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking, maintaining a positive attitude, and participating in ongoing coaching and development.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
  • A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of our Houston Branch office 8508 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX 77095
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
  • Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.)
  • Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
  • Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments

  • Spanish fluency is a plus!
