About The Position

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their Insurance Call Center team. This role involves answering inbound calls, assisting members with AAA membership questions, and providing personalized solutions and product recommendations. Representatives are expected to engage with members using strong communication, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think critically to resolve issues in a non-scripted, fast-paced environment. The position requires multitasking, navigating multiple systems, and maintaining a positive attitude. It includes a 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months, followed by a remote work schedule. The company is the largest club within the national AAA federation, employing nearly 17,000 individuals across 24 states to serve over 18 million members, emphasizing diversity and delivering legendary service.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
  • A flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of 3333 Fairview Rd, Costa Mesa, CA 92626
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
  • Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.)
  • Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
  • Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments
