About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative III, you will be handling customer inquiries regarding our mortgage loan products. You will also handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients. Following a scripted presentation, you will perform a basic level of lead qualification.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant inside sales experience
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts

Nice To Haves

  • College education is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
  • Performing a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents
  • Contacting prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products
  • Communicating effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments
  • Multi-tasking effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
