Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met. The Customer Service Representative II may provide guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives or may support specific customer(s). This role involves managing customer orders, influencing gross profit through negotiation, adjusting pricing to meet customer demands while maximizing profit, and building customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements. The representative will also manage inventory levels, source products, determine cost-effective shipping methods, handle customer returns, and assist less experienced representatives with customer needs.
