Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met. The Customer Service Representative II may provide guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives or may support specific customer(s). This role involves handling customer orders, influencing gross profit through negotiation, adjusting pricing to meet competitive demands while maximizing profit, building customer relationships, managing inventory levels, expediting backorders, sourcing products, determining cost-effective shipping methods, handling customer returns, and assisting less experienced representatives. The position also involves responding to customer inquiries, providing quotes, and handling order entry, with the potential to manage more challenging inquiries due to experience and training.
