A Customer Service Representative II works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouses, supporting general Channel Partner Needs. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
  • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
  • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain, both indoors and outdoors, safely
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

  • Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner
  • Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
  • Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
  • Prepare reports under manager’s supervision
  • Aid team members in administrative tasks
  • Restricted User Permit Tracking
  • Assist Salesmen with setting up new customer accounts with CFS.
  • Assist and monitor Accounts Receivables with Sales Personnel and Customer Finance Solutions.
  • Travel monthly to locations within the region.
