About The Position

The Customer Service Representative II works across customer service functions, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. The role may also support warehouse and general branch operations by stocking and retrieving items, making deliveries, operating a forklift, and helping maintain a safe, organized work environment. The representative works with customers, Sales, and Operations to address inquiries, support accurate pricing, and maintain inventory levels. Training will be provided for JD Edwards ERP.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn JD Edwards; training will be provided.
Ability to accurately apply basic math concepts, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
Ability to move safely across uneven terrain indoors and outdoors.
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Comfort using digital collaboration and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams.
Ability to use data, reporting tools, and AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Assist with electronic order entry and processing using JD Edwards ERP software.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.
Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment.
Work with Sales and Operations to maintain inventory levels that meet customer needs.
Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory.
Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly.
Prepare reports under a manager’s supervision.
Assist team members with administrative tasks.
Support warehouse and branch needs, including stocking and retrieving items, making deliveries, operating a forklift, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
