About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries and a manufacturer of tile and natural stone, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II. The role provides effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers, delivering a high level of service and support. Duties include servicing walk-in customers, answering inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions, as well as managing customer accounts and coordinating orders from entry through delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency.
At least 3 years of call center or customer service experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Conversational and professional voice quality.
Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
Moderate computer skills in Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Focus on customer account management.
Prior textile industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

Service walk-in customers, answer customer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions.
Manage customer accounts, including order entry and inquiries, product information, order status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation management.
Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
