About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, texts, chats, and emails while converting inquiries into booked service appointments. Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional, customer-first service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional, friendly, and authentic
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at building rapport with customers while following established call scripts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Dependable team player committed to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Willingness to participate in Nexstar training and apply best practices

  • Experience with ServiceTitan, Avochato, Microsoft Office, or similar CRM/customer communication platforms

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, texts, chats, and emails professionally and promptly
  • Convert customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments
  • Follow company call scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in company databases
  • Coordinate with dispatch and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in Nexstar training to build customer service skills and industry knowledge
