About The Position

TR Toppers is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative in Pueblo, CO. The ideal candidate should be dependable, self-motivated, willing to learn and grow, have excellent data entry and writing skills (primarily for emails), and, most importantly, have a positive, upbeat personality that embraces TR Toppers’ Superior Customer Service culture. TR Toppers is a national food processing company located in Pueblo, CO, that specializes in processing name-brand candies and other inclusions used in a variety of food products, such as ice cream and cakes, and ships them throughout the country. SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and be a skilled problem solver. This position will need to listen to customer service issues and offer unique, innovative solutions to each problem. Command of the company’s customer service policies and product knowledge is critical to providing quick, accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

  • Two or four-year college degree in a related field OR 4 years of direct customer service experience.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Data Entry experience
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to email inquiries, providing clear, accurate information and ensuring timely follow-up to exceed customer expectations.
  • Accurately enter, review, and confirm customer orders to ensure a seamless and reliable experience.
  • Support the Customer Service team across functions to maintain high service standards and responsiveness.
  • Distribute requested materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding promotions, updates, and relevant information.
  • Perform additional related duties as needed to support exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
