Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons of the Skokie Park District who contact the Devonshire Cultural Center in person at the front desk or by telephone. Representatives greet internal and external customers, provide information about District programs, and use our RecTrac processing system for transactions. Representatives answer the telephone in a professional manner, use a shared email account, and use their personal cell phone for scheduling purposes.
