About The Position
SunSoftOnline is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity with an Arizona state agency in Prescott Valley. This role is the front line of a fleet maintenance operation: assisting customers with vehicle repair needs, interpreting service information and discussing work performed, verifying mileage, performing data entry, resolving customer complaints, and scheduling vehicles for preventative maintenance, warranty work, and commercial repairs.
Requirements
- Experience in an automotive or fleet maintenance operation environment (service advisor, service writer, dealership service desk, fleet coordinator, or similar)
- Customer service experience responding directly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Local to the Prescott Valley / Prescott area — current city must be listed on your resume
- Available for an in-person interview within 1 week of posting close and able to start within 2 weeks of an offer
- W2 only; US Citizens and Green Card holders
