About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatcher to join our growing team. We provide 24/7/365 service for clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station requires maintenance, our CSRs dispatch a technician to the location. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, saving commute time and costs. SolvOne provides necessary equipment and paid training. A positive work environment with opportunities for growth and internal promotion is emphasized.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • A strong internet connection and the ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
  • Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington.
  • A positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
  • Dependability and commitment to being on time and ready to work.
  • Dedicate full attention to work, not providing care for others during work hours.
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, have strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of the shift.
  • Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians to gas station maintenance locations.
