Requirements

Previous customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Honesty, integrity, and reliability
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Make follow-up calls to customers from the prior day for quality assurance
Contact maintenance customers to schedule service visits
Call customer lists to promote services and special offers
Respond to and follow up on customer reviews (positive and negative)
Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer support
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates
Ensure all jobs are properly entered, tracked, and completed in the system
Help optimize daily schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
