About The Position

Energy Savers is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while scheduling appointments, answering questions, and ensuring accurate communication between customers and our operations team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at once.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Call center, dispatching, scheduling, or HVAC industry experience preferred
  • Genuinely enjoys helping people, remains calm under pressure, and can create a positive experience for customers even when they're dealing with stressful HVAC issues.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
  • Gather and verify customer information
  • Provide customers with appointment details and service expectations
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Assist with membership program renewals and customer follow-up
  • Review and update customer accounts for accuracy
  • Monitor and respond to customer communications throughout the day
  • Work closely with dispatch and field personnel to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Assist with outbound calls during slower periods
  • Maintain detailed notes and documentation within company software
  • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
