Reliable Ducts Heating and Cooling is a Jacksonville based HVAC contractor that provides service, maintenance, and new construction service throughout Jacksonville. We are a sister company of Sunshine State Plumbing which has provided plumbing services in the Jacksonville area for 15+ years. We are a family owned and operated business. Job Overview We’re looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service/Dispatcher to support our growing HVAC service team. In this key role, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule technicians efficiently, and ensure our customers receive prompt, professional service. You’ll be the bridge between homeowners and field techs, making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of HVAC Call Center experience
  • 1-2 years of Dispatching experience
  • Previous experience in a high-paced customer service position
  • Computer proficiency
  • Service Titan experience
  • Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians (Right Call Right Tech)
  • Handle call volume accurately
  • Monitor technician location to coordinate service and technician availability
  • Maintain technician database and communicate accordingly
  • Oversees equipment availability; assigns drivers, trucks, and extra drivers when needed.
  • Monitor technician working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
