Now we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who knows how to turn a ringing phone into a smile on the other end. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or inside sales
  • Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Quick thinker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable
  • Ability to be available for on-call weekends/holidays as required
  • Professional, positive, and able to keep calm under pressure
  • Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and emails and will be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Effectively communicate between customers and service technicians to schedule work orders in a timely manner.
  • Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Generating leads.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to.
  • Performing all job functions in a safe and healthy manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
