Requirements
- Customer service experience is helpful (not required)
- Friendly and enjoys working with people
- Able to work on your own and stay organized
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends
Nice To Haves
- German or Dutch is an asset
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at pickup and drop off
- Explain RV features in a simple and friendly way
- Help with rental questions and information
- Complete paperwork with customers
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Check in returning RVs
- Support other tasks as needed
