About The Position

jetCenters of Colorado is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative / Concierge position at their Fort Collins-Loveland location. This role involves handling reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft, processing fuel invoices, and performing other assigned duties. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Flexibility with scheduling and availability on weekends is necessary.

Requirements

• Age 18+
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form
• Strong customer service skills
• Team Player
• Quick learner
• Able to multi-task
• Problem solving / conflict resolution skills, but know when to escalate
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check and non-DOT physical, post offer; certain positions may require a credit check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Aviation/FBO experience a plus
