About The Position

jetCenters of Colorado is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative / Concierge position at their Fort Collins-Loveland location. This role involves handling reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft, processing fuel invoices, and demonstrating strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities. The position requires flexibility with scheduling and availability on weekends. jetCenters of Colorado is comprised of three full-service Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) along Colorado's Front Range, prioritizing safety, service, and security. They offer flight services for various aircraft operations and aim to accommodate customers and their aircraft through their preferred FBO network.

Requirements

Age 18+
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form
Strong customer service skills
Must be a team player
Must be a quick learner
Must be able to multi-task
Must have problem solving / conflict resolution skills, but know when to escalate
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check and non-DOT physical, post offer; certain positions may require a credit check.
Must be flexible with schedule and available on weekends.
