About The Position

jetCenters of Colorado is seeking to fill a Concierge position at their Denver (APA) location. This role is available for both full-time and part-time employment. The Concierge will be responsible for handling reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft, processing fuel invoices, and demonstrating strong customer service and multitasking abilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Age 18+
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral form
• Strong customer service skills
• Team Player
• Quick learner
• Able to multi-task
• Problem solving / conflict resolution skills, but know when to escalate
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check and non-DOT physical, post offer; certain positions may require a credit check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior FBO experience
