About The Position

We’re growing fast and building a team that thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you’ll handle both inbound customer calls and outbound speed-to-lead follow-ups. 👉 When a new lead comes in, speed matters—you’ll be expected to respond within minutes. 👉 This is a role for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and confidently engage customers. Requirements

  • Dependable and reliable – you show up and perform consistently
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Confident on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls)
  • Strong communication skills (must speak English proficiently)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Must be located within 60 minutes of our office
  • Open to a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote)
  • Available for evenings and/or weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical or home services experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once
  • Maintain accurate data entry and job details
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
