About The Position

VARCo Supply is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their growing team in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves supporting a large Spanish-speaking customer base from all over the globe by taking orders for truck parts and business needs. Full training on products and the order entry system will be provided. This position is ideal for individuals transitioning from auto parts counter roles or similar customer-facing positions, as it involves helping small business owners find the right parts via phone calls.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Good phone skills and comfort chatting with customers.
Solid typing abilities for accurate and quick order entry.
Basic math skills.
Clear communication skills.
A sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Reliability with perfect attendance, especially in the first 30 days.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Must pass a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of other languages such as French.
Experience related to this position.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service and sales support in English and Spanish primarily over the phone in a measured environment.
Communicate with team members and vendors to ensure product availability and correct specifications.
Ensure orders are accurate and shipments go out smoothly by confirming details like fitment, size, and color.
Collaborate with a team that values precision and customer satisfaction.
Assist with local customer pickups and delivery of products using the company pickup truck.
