Mac-Vik is a trusted, locally family-owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company since 1962 and is dedicated to deliver top-quality service and comfort solutions to our Customers. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and exceptional Customer Care. We are re-freshing our New Call Center. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements

Previous Customer Service (CSR) experience in HVAC/Plumbing industry.
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
Proficient with computers and scheduling Service Titan software.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Bright and alert - Great attitude at all times
On Time / Attention to Sick time
3-years plus CSR / Dispatching Plumbing, Heating and Electric experience.
SERVICE TITAN Experience

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support.
Supporting each CSR and Dispatcher
