Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of phone-based customer service, call center, dispatch, or high-volume inbound call experience
  • Comfortable handling multiple calls, scheduling, and customer concerns simultaneously
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Professional phone/call center experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ServiceTitan
  • Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or other skilled trades industry experience
  • Dispatch or scheduling experience
  • Understanding of service agreements, memberships, or technician routing

Responsibilities

  • Answering high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Scheduling service appointments efficiently
  • Assisting customers with service questions, concerns, and appointment needs
  • Creating and updating customer records accurately
  • Coordinating with technicians and field teams
  • Supporting daily scheduling flow
  • Serving as backup dispatcher when needed
  • Helping maximize technician efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Managing urgent situations calmly and professionally
  • Communicating clearly across departments
